We are back from vacation, and as expected, almost everything on the Farm is dead from this excessive heat. The strawberries in the boxes are dead, with a few exceptions, most summer vegetables dried up and died; the fruit trees are empty; the Blackberries and Red Raspberries are drying up while desperately trying to produce berries, despite our $250 water bill. What a rough year, first the late freeze and now the extreme heat. This is all too depressing, so I am showing you a picture from last year (August 6, 2022) and hope and pray for a more fruitful 2024. God bless you all.
